Our Programs

Empowering Students through Leaderships

Empowering 360 Outreach

Empower 360 Outreach is a community engagement initiative by PMOA aimed at uplifting Indigenous youth through holistic support. The program focuses on education, leadership, and cultural identity by organizing outreach activities, motivational sessions, skills training, and community-building projects in Orang Asli villages across Malaysia. It empowers young people to believe in their potential, contribute to their communities, and lead with pride in their heritage — creating a 360° impact that touches education, well-being, and identity..

Support Cell Group

PMOA Support Cell Group is a peer support initiative that creates a safe, inclusive space for Orang Asli students to connect, share, and grow together. It provides emotional, academic, and spiritual support through regular small-group gatherings, open discussions, and mentorship. Built on the values of empathy and solidarity, this group ensures no member walks their journey alone — fostering resilience, belonging, and collective strength among Indigenous students nationwide..

Program through Partnerships

Programs through Partnership Organisations are collaborative initiatives between PMOA and trusted government bodies, NGOs, universities, and private sectors. These partnerships enable PMOA to deliver impactful programs such as educational workshops, leadership trainings, community development projects, and cultural empowerment campaigns. By working together, we amplify our reach and ensure that Orang Asli students and communities benefit from sustainable, inclusive, and well-supported development opportunities..

Government Engagement

Government Engagement refers to PMOA’s active collaboration with government ministries, agencies, and local authorities to advocate for the rights, welfare, and educational advancement of Orang Asli students. Through dialogues, policy discussions, consultations, and joint initiatives, PMOA ensures that Indigenous youth voices are heard and represented at national and state levels. This engagement strengthens our mission to create inclusive policies and equitable access to opportunities for Orang Asli communities across Malaysia.

Policies Review

SPolicies Review is PMOA’s strategic effort to analyse, evaluate, and propose improvements to national and institutional policies that impact Orang Asli students. By reviewing education frameworks, scholarship criteria, campus inclusion practices, and welfare provisions, PMOA ensures that policies are fair, inclusive, and aligned with the real needs of Indigenous youth. Through research, consultations, and policy dialogues, we aim to influence positive change and uphold the rights and dignity of the Orang Asli community in higher education and beyond.
